Q.How long do I have to wait to receive my product?
 
A. It can range from 7-14 days. Many of our products is free shipping or we will charge the lowest cost shipping fee. There is always a shipping fee with jewelry. You will receive an email when your order is completed.Taxes can apply depending on the state you live in. You will be sent a separate invoice if you need to pay for shipping or taxes, so please be aware of this.You will receive an email confirming your order.
 
Q. Can I still order something that is out of stock?
 
A. If it is available at later date, yes of course. Please email us and let us know what you are interested in and we will tell you right away if it is available now or if discontinued. 
 
Q. Are their refunds or replacements?
 
A. With many of our products, yes there is a replacement policy within 3 days. After 3 days, you can not ask for a replacement. If the item is out of stock, you would have to replace it with a product that is of the same value. You will be notified if any products is out of stock. Refunds are within 3 days only of purchasing. Your refund and replacements may take up to 30 days to be reimbursed or replaced by mail. Please supply full name and address. If you received the product(s) and you are sending back for a replacement or refund,you must first return the product(s)in order to get refund or replacement. This expense is taken care of by us the company. We will send you a return label. You must send products with all tags that came with product(s) and it must Not have been worn or used in order to get a refund or replacement.You  are only entitled to a refund if you have received the product(s)within 1-3 days.After the 3rd day,no refunds and no replacements. Refunds may take up to 30 days. Q. How do I order?
 
A.  After you place your order using the paypal cart from anything on this site, I will be notified through paypal and I will send you an email confirming your purchase or after you receive picture of the product(s) that you want to purchase, call us or email us and we will send you an invoice to pay or we can take the order and payment over the telephone. If you would like to make sure that payment was received and to confirm what you ordered, color, size, etc. Please email us or call us (see contact tab) and we will reply within 48 hours. Q. What if I can not view the pdf files and catalogs on this site?
