Q.Why are your prices too low? Are they good quality?
A: We get our suits and our products from direct manufacturer or suppliers. In addition the main reason that our prices are low, is because we don't have retail stores with high rents, expenses and employees costs. In this case we try to keep our prices low instead of adding to the value of the suit or products to cover those expenses and allows you to save. Remember when you buy a brand name suit and pay high price for it, it does not mean that you are buying a better quality suit/product. You are just paying more money for the name, not for the quality. Mostly all the suits with any brand name will cost the same with a few dollars lower or higher. But depending on the suit brand/product brand and the company expenses, the prices of the suits/products are different. You can imagine why a garment that is brand name, it's too expensive. It's because the company has to spend a lot of money advertising that brand by opening stores all over the world with high rents and expenses, putting ads in magazines and billboards,employees,etc...
How do you think they will cover those expenses? Very simple. Add to the retail value.
For example if the suit is worth $200.00, they have to sell if for $300.00 so they cover their expenses.
We don't have those expenses.
If we have products that are international and custom made, their prices can be high, but we will try our best to give our clients the best prices.
Q.How long do I have to wait to receive my product?
A. Depends on the product and manufacturer I get it from. It can range from 7-14 days. And yes you can get express mail which could be 2-5 days. At times that option is not available,so inquire about express delivery before you purchase.Many of our products is free shipping or a very low cost shipping fee. Taxes can apply depending on the state you live in. Florida residents add sales tax that are for your county. You will be sent a separate invoice if you need to pay for shipping or taxes, so please be aware of this.You will receive an email confirming your order.
Some international manufacturers can also take up to 30 days for delivery.You will be notified.
Q. Can I still order something that is out of stock?
A. If it is available at later date, yes of course. Please email us and let us know what you are interested in and we will tell you right away if it is available now or if discontinued.
Q. Are their refunds or replacements?
A. With many of our products, yes there is a replacement policy within 3 days. After 3 days, you can not ask for a replacement. If the item is out of stock, you would have to replace it with a product that is of the same value. You will be notified if any products is out of stock. Refunds are within 3 days only of purchasing. Your refund and replacements may take up to 30 days to be reinbursed or replaced by mail. Please supply full name and address. If you received the product(s) and you are sending back for a replacement or refund,you must return the product(s),at the you (customers) expense. You must send products with any tags that came with product(s) and it must Not have been worn,in order to get a refund.You are only entitled to a refund if you have received the product(s)within 1-3 days.After the 3rd day,no refunds and no replacements. Q. How do I order?
A. After you place your order using the paypal cart from anything on this site, I will be notified through paypal and I will send you an email confirming your purchase. If I have any questions, I will email you or call you. Q. What if I can not view the pdf files and catalogs on this site?

When do I receive my products?
It usually takes 7-14 days.

Do I pay taxes?
If you live in the state of Florida, you will be charged florida county tax from where you live. Please pay taxes when you receive the invoice or your order can be delayed.
Are there refunds?
YES within 3 days upon receiving your product.You would have to send back product (your expense)to the address which will be provided to you via email once your request for a replacement is received.products must include all tags,box and original packaging in order to be replaced or refunded. If asking for a refund, we have to receive the product back within 3 days and it may take up to 30 days for a refund or replacement.
